Early access

A small cohort. Real engineering time.

We’re onboarding a limited number of companies onto source and data protection. Everyone in the cohort gets an engineer rather than a support queue — which is exactly why it stays small.

Document protection is already free to start — you don’t need early access for that.

Tell us what leaves your company

Two business days to a real reply, written by a person.

Timeline

The next step is thirty minutes with one of our engineers, not a salesperson.

In short

  • ReplyWithin two business days.
  • First callThirty minutes, with an engineer.
  • First protected buildAbout a week, paired with us.
  • PricingBelow general availability, locked for the term.

Rather not apply?

A normal walkthrough is fine too — contact us and we’ll set one up. Or start document protection on your own today.

What the partnership actually looks like

An engineer, not a queue

The same person who knows your setup, from first call through to production.

A direct channel

No support tiers and no ticket triage — a shared channel with the people building it.

Influence on what ships

What you need next moves up the list. That stops being true once the cohort closes.

Pricing locked to your term

Meaningfully below where general availability will land, held for the length of the contract.

A pilot with an end date

We agree what success looks like before we start, then measure it against that.

Almost no email from us

We get in touch when there’s something worth saying. There is no drip sequence.

Who we’re prioritising

  • You ship software customers install and run themselves, or send data to partners on a schedule
  • You can name the specific thing you’re protecting, rather than “everything”
  • Someone on your side can give an integration a week or two of real attention
  • You’re comfortable being early — telling us what’s wrong and having it fixed
  • Your contracts already say what happens at termination, and nothing enforces it

If that doesn’t quite describe you, the form is still open. We read every one.

What happens next

  1. 01

    We read it

Two business days, from a person. If we’re not the right fit for you yet, we’ll say so plainly rather than going quiet.

  2. 02

    Thirty minutes with an engineer

Not a pitch. We map what leaves your company today, and what protecting it would actually involve.

  3. 03

    A paired integration

About a week to your first protected build or first locked file, with someone from our side alongside you.

  4. 04

    The partnership

A direct channel, pricing held for the term, and your requirements in what we build next.

You’ll know inside a week whether this works for you.

The questions everyone asks

Is there a free trial?
Document protection is free to start today, and always will be. Source and data protection aren’t self-serve — how they’re configured depends on how your business ships and shares, so we set them up with you rather than leaving you to guess.
What does early-access pricing look like?
Meaningfully below where general availability will land, and locked for the length of your contract. You’ll get real numbers on the first call, not a range.
Will you keep what I send private?
We use it to judge fit and to prepare for the conversation. Nothing goes anywhere else, and we don’t sell or share it. The detail is in our privacy policy.
Can I get a demo without applying?
Yes — contact us and we’ll walk you through it. Early access is the route if you want engineering depth rather than a walkthrough.
What if we’re not a fit yet?
We’ll tell you, and tell you why. If you want, we’ll keep you on the list for general availability and come back to you then.
How long does the cohort stay open?
Until the engineering time is spoken for. We’d rather close it than take on companies we can’t support properly.

A note on what early access means here

Plenty of companies use the phrase to mean a signup form with a waiting room behind it, and a product that’s already generally available to anyone who clicks twice.

This isn’t that. The cohort is small because the number of engineers we can put alongside customers is small, and we’d rather protect one company’s crown jewels properly than half-onboard ten.

It also means you’re early. Some of it will be rougher than it will be a year from now, and you’ll be the reason it isn’t. In exchange you get our attention, our roadmap, and a price that holds.

When the cohort is full, this page says so.
