What is Data Protection?
It lets you send data to partners, vendors and customers and keep control of it. Each one gets a view made for them, with the rows and columns you choose, an end date you set and an off switch you hold.
Is Data Protection a data clean room?
It works alongside one. A data clean room lets partners analyse customer data together without raw records changing hands. Campaigns still run on files: audience exports, results, lists. NakodaX gives those files the same care. Each partner gets only the columns they need, sensitive columns stay sealed, and access ends on the date you set.
Does NakodaX store our data?
No. Your data goes from your systems to your partner's. NakodaX holds the keys and the rules, never the data.
Who is it for?
Any team that sends data outside the company: to agencies, vendors, outsourcing partners, customers or regulators.
Do partners need to install anything?
Partners get a key from you and open the data in their own pipeline. There is no platform for them to join and no account for them to create.

What happens when the end date passes?
The data stops opening for that partner. Every new delivery is tied to the date you set, so nothing carries on past the agreement.
Can partners ask for more time?
Yes. They ask with the key they already hold, you see the request and you say yes or no. Every decision is recorded.
Can I see who read the data?
Yes. You see each read and each refusal, and you are told when a feed is late, a delivery fails or an agreement is about to end.

Can a vendor work with a file without seeing a sensitive column?
Yes. Scramble the column instead of removing it. The file keeps its shape, the vendor works with everything else, and only people you allow can read the scrambled column.
