Document Protection/Revoke, expire, limit
Take access back after you send.
Set an expiry, cap the number of opens, or revoke a share at any time. The decision stays with you, not with the inbox it landed in.

Revoked today
Three ways to end access.
Expire, limit and revoke are the three ways to end access to a protected document you have already sent. Expire it on a date, cap how many times it opens, or revoke it in one click. Readers need no account.
Expire
Choose how long the file stays open: 1, 7, 30 or 90 days, or a date you pick. When the time is up, it stops opening on its own.
A proposal sent with a 7 day expiry is closed on day 8.
Limit
Choose how many times it can be opened: 1, 3, 5, 10, 25 or unlimited. When the count is reached, it stops opening.
A lender gets three opens to review a file.
Revoke
End access yourself, any time, in one click. Every protected copy stops opening, even one that was downloaded or forwarded.
A deal falls through on Tuesday. One click closes the file for everyone.
For the reader
No account and nothing to install. When access has ended they see a plain message that access to the file has ended, not an error.
Who uses it.

Sales teams sending a proposal
Set an expiry and the offer closes on its own, so an old price is not still circulating next quarter.
Businesses applying for a loan
Give each lender a few opens to review the file. When you choose one lender, close it for the others.
Teams whose deal fell through
One click closes the file for everyone, including copies already forwarded or downloaded.
