Document Protection/NDA before opening

Get the NDA signed before the file opens.

Attach an NDA to any protected document. Readers agree to your terms by name first, and only then does the file open.

How the NDA works.

An NDA before opening means a reader must confirm their email, read your terms and agree by name before a protected document unlocks. You and the signer both receive a signed record of who agreed, and when.

Attach it

Pick a built in template, one way or mutual, or upload your own PDF. Turn it on or off for each document.

The reader agrees

They confirm their email with a code, read the terms and type their name. No account needed.

Then the file opens

Only after they agree does the document unlock. A signed record goes to you and to the signer.

The record shows the name, email, NDA version and time.

Change it later

Update the NDA and every reader agrees to the new version.

Who uses it.

  • Founders showing a product to a prospective client

The plans open only after the client has agreed to your terms by name, and you keep a signed record of who agreed and when.

  • Product owners sharing a roadmap with a vendor

Each vendor confirms their email and agrees before the roadmap opens. Nobody has to create an account.

  • Teams briefing a freelance contractor

Designs and specifications open after the contractor agrees. Update the NDA later and they agree to the new version.
