How a Data Room works.

A data room is one secure place to share a deal's confidential files. With NakodaX Data Room you invite each person once, cover the room with one NDA, publish the documents the room holds, track every open and close the room on a date.

Invite everyone once

Add investors, buyers or advisers by email. Each person is invited once, however many files are in the room.

Remove someone who passes and their future access ends. Set a closing date and access ends on that day.

Removing someone ends future access. It does not erase what they have already seen.
