NakodaX

Use cases/Employee and partner offboarding

When someone leaves, your files, data and code stay behind.

Employees, agencies, vendors and engineers. Their access ends the day the relationship does, wherever your work went.

Works withDocumentsDataSource

A colleague walks out of an office at dusk carrying a bag, while others stay at a screen showing code with one sealed section.

In short

When an employee, an agency or a partner leaves, their accounts are switched off, but the files, data and code you shared with them stay where they are. NakodaX protects each one before it is shared, so access ends when the relationship does: documents stop opening, a vendor's data key is refused, and an engineer never held the real code.

Employee and partner offboarding questions

What happens to documents we sent someone who has left?
Revoke their access and every protected copy stops opening, even one that was downloaded or forwarded.
What about an agency, vendor or partner we stopped working with?
Each partner has its own end date and its own switch. After it, their files stop opening when they next ask for access.
Can an engineer who leaves take the real code?
Not with their usual key. They build against stand ins, and the real code needs an approved change session.
Can they keep anything?
What a person already read, or a vendor already opened, stays with them. What changes is that nothing opens again: protected documents stop opening, even downloaded ones, and a vendor's next request for a key is refused. Share narrow views while they work for you, so there is less to keep.

Tell us what you share, and with whom.

We will show you which product fits, on your own files, data or code.
