NakodaX

Industries/Finance and insurance

Share with lenders, auditors and partners. Keep control after.

Credit files, claims data and the software you run inside a bank. Each one reaches the people who need it, for as long as they need it.

In short

A credit file or a claims export sent as an ordinary file stays readable at every lender, auditor and partner who received it. NakodaX protects it before it leaves. Each recipient sees only their part, for as long as the review or the agreement runs, and access ends on the date you set or in one click.

Finance and insurance questions

What happens to our file at the lenders we did not choose?
You revoke their access. The file stays complete for a serious credit decision while underwriting runs, then stops opening for the lenders you did not choose.
Can a reinsurer see only part of our data?
Yes. Each partner gets its own view of the same data. A column a recipient may not have is not in their file.
Can our software run inside a bank's own servers?
Yes. It runs on their servers, and the protected parts are readable only in the memory of a licensed, running process. You see every deployment and keep one switch per customer.
Can an advisor send each client a report only they can open?
Yes. Share it to the client's email. If it is forwarded, the new reader has to ask for access. It can carry a watermark with the client's name and the time, you see when it was opened, and you can end access at any time.
What about data a partner already opened?
They keep what they already opened. Ending access refuses their next request for a key, within the hour even for a long running job. So share narrow views, only the columns they need, and watch the activity for every read.
