NakodaX

Industries/Marketing and agencies

Share audience data for one campaign. Not for good.

Customer lists for one campaign, and the plans and creative around it. Each partner gets only what it needs, and access ends with the work.

Works withDocumentsData

A team around a monitor showing a data table, one person pointing at columns marked with a padlock.

In short

A customer list sent to an agency for one campaign usually stays in its storage for years, and a launch plan can be forwarded before launch day. With NakodaX, each agency gets its own view of the data without the columns it should not have. Plans and creative open only for the people you chose, and access ends with the campaign.

Marketing and agencies questions

Does this replace our data clean room?
No. It works alongside it, for the files that still have to leave: a list for one campaign, a feed for one agency.
Can an agency get the list without the sensitive columns?
Yes. Choose the columns each partner receives. A column a recipient may not have is not in their file.
What happens when the campaign ends?
Each partner has its own end date. Plans and creative stop opening at once. Data files stop at the partner's next request for a key, within the hour.
What about data a partner already opened?
They keep what they already opened. Ending access refuses their next request for a key, within the hour even for a long running job. So share narrow views, only the columns they need, and watch the activity for every read.

We will show you which product fits, on your own files, data or code.
