NakodaX

Industries/Outsourcing and BPO

Your outside team gets what it needs. For as long as you say.

Customer records at a BPO, documents at a support centre, code at an outsourced developer. Each one stays under your control after it leaves.

In short

A BPO or an outsourced team usually works from full exports, shared folders and a copy of your code, and all of it stays with them after the contract ends. With NakodaX, each team gets a view of your data with only the columns it needs, documents that stop opening when you say, and code it builds against without holding the real thing.

Outsourcing and BPO questions

Does NakodaX hold our data?
No. The data stays wherever it lives today. NakodaX releases the key to a valid licence and never holds the data.
Can a BPO work without seeing every column?
Yes. Choose the columns each partner receives. A column a recipient may not have is not in their file.
Can an outsourced developer build without our real code?
Yes. They build and test against stand ins, working versions of the locked files with placeholder answers inside. The real code needs an approved change session.
What about data a partner already opened?
They keep what they already opened. Ending access refuses their next request for a key, within the hour even for a long running job. So share narrow views, only the columns they need, and watch the activity for every read.

Tell us what you share, and with whom.

We will show you which product fits, on your own files, data or code.
