Raise money without losing track of your deck.

Pitch decks, board packs and data rooms reach the investors you choose. NDA first, and access ends when the deal does.

Works withDocuments

A person holding an investor presentation marked with a padlock, across a table from another person.

In short

A pitch deck sent as an ordinary file stays with every investor who received it, including the ones who passed. With NakodaX it opens only for the people you choose, after they agree to your NDA. You see who opened it and when, and one click ends access for everyone.

Startups and investors questions

Can I get an NDA signed before an investor opens the deck?
Yes. The reader confirms their email, reads your terms and agrees by name. Only then does the deck open, and you both get a signed record.
Will I know which investors actually read it?
Yes. You see who opened it and when, and a flag appears when a link meant for one person is opened from three or more addresses.
What happens to the deck after the round closes?
Revoke access in one click and every protected copy stops opening, even one that was downloaded or forwarded. Or set an expiry when you send it.
Can a reader take a screenshot?
Yes. Nothing can stop someone photographing their own screen. Documents can carry a watermark with the reader's name and the time they viewed it, so a screenshot shows whose copy it was, and analytics show who opened it and when.
