NakodaX

Use cases/Sharing data with partners

Give each partner the data they need. Keep the rest.

Vendors, processors, agencies and data buyers each get their own view of your data, with the columns you choose and an end date.

Works withDocumentsData

A wide data table on a screen, with a few columns lifted out into three separate glowing tables.

In short

Most partner data leaks are over shares: the partner needed a slice and got the whole export. With NakodaX, each partner gets its own view of the same data, with only the columns made for them and its own end date, and a one off spreadsheet goes out with only the sheet they should see. NakodaX never holds the data.

Sharing data with partners questions

Do we need a separate export for every partner?
No. Each partner gets its own view of the same data, made for them.
Does ending one partner affect the others?
No. Each partner has its own end date and its own switch.
Does NakodaX hold our data?
No. The data stays wherever it lives today. NakodaX releases the key to a valid licence and never holds the data.
What about data a partner already opened?
They keep what they already opened. Ending access refuses their next request for a key, within the hour even for a long running job. So share narrow views, only the columns they need, and watch the activity for every read.

Tell us what you share, and with whom.

We will show you which product fits, on your own files, data or code.
