NakodaX

Use cases/Due diligence and deals

One NDA. One data room. Closed when the deal ends.

Due diligence, bids, tenders and quotes. Share what the deal needs, see who read it, and take it back when it ends.

In short

In due diligence every bidder gets the same files, and the ones who walk away keep them. A NakodaX data room puts the deal behind one NDA, shows you who opened what, and closes access for everyone when the deal ends. Bids, quotes and tenders work the same way, one file at a time.

Due diligence and deals questions

Can the other side agree to an NDA before the folder opens?
Yes. They confirm their email, read your terms and agree by name. Only then does the document open, and you both get a signed record.
Can I send only part of a file?
Yes. Send only the pages or slides they need, and the rest is not in their copy.
What happens when the deal falls through?
One click closes the file for everyone. Every protected copy stops opening, even one that was downloaded or forwarded.
Can a reader take a screenshot?
Yes. Nothing can stop someone photographing their own screen. Documents can carry a watermark with the reader's name and the time they viewed it, so a screenshot shows whose copy it was, and analytics show who opened it and when.
