Questions this video answers

How can I keep control of work after it leaves my network?
Normally a copy that leaves your systems takes your control with it. NakodaX protects the work before you send it, and the protected work checks permissions where it is used, so you decide who can use it, what they see and when access ends.
Does NakodaX route my content through its servers?
No. Your readable content is never stored on or passed through NakodaX servers. The protected work checks permissions at its destination, so contracts, data sets and code stay yours wherever they go.
Which kinds of work does NakodaX cover?
NakodaX covers documents through NakodaX Document Protection, business data through NakodaX Data Protection and software through NakodaX Source Protection. Each one controls a different kind of work that leaves your business.

NakodaX gives you control over your business assets after they leave your network because normally once a copy leaves your systems, your control disappears. Think about a contract sent to a client, a data table shared with a partner, or software deployed in a customer's environment. Instead of hoping for the best, NakodaX acts as a central control hub securing every asset before you dispatch it to an external partner.

With document protection, you dictate exactly who can open that client contract, what they can see, and when their access expires. Through data pipelines, you filter that partner's data table before sending, hiding sensitive columns so they only receive their approved view. And with source protection, your deployed software runs successfully on the customer's hardware without ever exposing your proprietary business logic inside.

Controlling distributed assets usually requires routing all that sensitive work through a third-party storage server, creating a massive privacy risk. But NakodaX doesn't do that. The protected work itself checks permissions at the destination.

This means your readable content is never stored on or passed through NakodaX servers. So those contracts, data sets, and code bases operate externally, but remain entirely yours, no matter where they go. Keep control wherever your work goes.
